ProsperSpark began by building Excel tools to consolidate production data across facilities. Once the data was centralized, the team developed Power BI dashboards to provide leadership with high-level visibility.

As the system matured, ProsperSpark guided the company through a full transition to Airtable, giving teams a shared, cloud-based workspace for live data tracking and automation. The new platform included:

Training sessions and follow-up meetings ensured smooth adoption. In the next phase, ProsperSpark integrated Make.com automations to automatically distribute weekly reports—eliminating manual follow-up and ensuring each site had up-to-date performance data.
